bitcoin reorgs are not handled

As shown in https://github.com/RGB-WG/rgb-tests/pull/28 bp-wallet doesn't handle bitcoin reorgs. This is because transactions and UTXOs are never removed from the cache, even if they disappear from the blockchain.
