Error - ipt2socks failed to build

I have the following error when executing the Make.

Found out it is due to the hash is not consistent in the Makefile. There is no ipt2socks in the Github.

the BSP is compiled in ubuntu-18.04 x64 host computer, ipt2socks package have been inlcuded into dl folder. you can try to run "make V=s package/feeds/small/ipt2socks/clean", then run "make V=s package/feeds/small/ipt2socks/compile"

I ran the "make V=s package/feeds/small/ipt2socks/clean" and no error. When I ran "make V=s package/feeds/small/ipt2socks/compile" still having error.

Do we need to compile under Ubuntu-18.04? Now we are using Ubuntu 22.
