Review integration of build_schema module changes in develop #858

Description of the issue
In the develop branch there are some changes to the build_schema module that change the header orders for the resulting read_metadatalab.xlsx file.
We need to test if these changes have broken:
- read-lab-metadata
Use @albatalavera's latest version that already fixes some of the expectations for the headers (#856)
