I'm also waiting for one of those to be uploaded here.
So far the latest one everywhere to flash is Di3.0_13.1.32.2302170.1_2 (v1.0), right?

1.6.1 is an ecu update - updates ADAS ECU, AC ECU, body controller ECUs, DC to DC system controller, Tire Pressure Monitor firmware etc.

install via OTA is possible but requires root.
