Expose limitVelocityDamping parameter in particle system editor #16600
Description
We currently save limitVelocityDamping as a value in particle system json, but do not expose it in the editor. It would be great to add the property right after the Limit Velocity Gradient section, preferably shown only when limit velocity gradients have been added so the damping value is visible in conjunction with the limit velocity gradient values.
