Bump tar and just-scripts in /Modules/@babylonjs/react-native-iosandroid

Removes [tar](https://github.com/isaacs/node-tar). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [just-scripts](https://github.com/microsoft/just). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `just-scripts` from 0.44.8 to 2.5.0
