Had a go with this tonight but it didn't feel like it tiriggered when it should have done. Will give it another go tomorrow and see if I can isolate it. |

Previously globally triggered with no limits on who can choose the crit to remove. Implemented ChargeCost in UpgradeInfo and Ability code.
