Does LLT GPU overclock stack on or override BIOS overclock? #1688

If I enable GPU overclock in BIOS and then set a value in Lenovo Legion Toolkit (LLT), is LLT's overclock:

Stacked on top of BIOS value (BIOS + LLT offset)?
Override BIOS entirely, applying only LLT settings?

Also – what happens if BIOS has a threshold but LLT GPU overclock isn't enabled? Does LLT do nothing or reset the threshold?
