Collect vars from env, options, config etc #15
Description
Set on a gtx sub object.
- Used by gtx itself
- Import a few sources?
- Can be overwritten if needed
- Removes clutter from Gruntfile
- Use lazy getters for speed
Things like cpuCores, isVagrant, isTravis etc.
