Improve markdown header spacing in conversation summaries #5622

@omi-discord-vector

Description

@omi-discord-vector

Problem

In conversation detail summaries, markdown headers (##, ###) are displayed with minimal vertical spacing between them, making the content feel cramped and harder to scan.

Current behavior

Headers appear immediately after the previous section's content with little breathing room, reducing readability especially for longer summaries with multiple sections.

Expected behavior

  • Add ~16-24px vertical margin/padding between headers and preceding content
  • Maintain consistent spacing for all header levels (##, ###, ####)
  • Preserve existing spacing within bulleted lists under each header

Visual example

See screenshot: headers like "Iran conflict & regional escalation" → "Strait of Hormuz & global oil impact" → "Drones, mines & military moves" sit too close together.

Impact

Better visual hierarchy = easier skimming + improved UX for reviewing conversation summaries.

Platform

Mobile app (likely affects desktop/web too if markdown rendering is shared).
