CacheNetworkImage doesn't load the image which has been cached.

When I retrieved images, the next time CacheNetworkImage should show images immediately, right?

Can you give me some image urls? I guess it is because of the http headers of them. When I load an images it does work normally, also without an internet connection

on previous version 1.1.1 the offline works fine now in the 2.0.0 dont load any thing
