Add a notebook feature

Hello:)

Add an option that enables users to have an e-notebook.

Follow these steps to make the feature:

1. Create the notebook feature as a boolean in the settings.json
2. Then make a notebook icon as as svg and make it that if the boolean is true then to display it in the bar.
3. Make the notebook functionality.
