Update project with Telegram data and AMD GPU compatibility

I would like to know if the project will soon be up-to-date with the current data and if it is stable at the moment.

I managed to update the project with Telegram data, but I would like to know if it's possible to train the model using an AMD GPU. If this is feasible, could you please indicate which file needs to be modified to configure training on an AMD GPU?
