Explorer node: Allow using multiple owner keys

**Current situation**
The CLI wallet can manage multiple owner keys, but the explorer node can only manage one.

**Proposed feature**
Allow the explorer node to manage multiple owner keys (and their passwords), through the same keywords as the node (both in CLI and in the cfg file)
