While restoring or creating a new wallet from the lock screen, the wallet doesn't work

When the wallet is being locked, and you try to restore the wallet or create a new one via "Restore wallet or create a new one" button, the second step of restore or creation (Unpacking blockchain info) doesn't implement.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the web wallet;
2. Press the three dots menu in the upper right corner;
3. Press the "Lock wallet" button;
4. Press the "Restore wallet or create a new one" button;
5. Tap "I agree" on the "Restore wallet or create a new one" popup;
6. Press the create new wallet/restore wallet button;
7. Tap the "I agree" button on the "Restore wallet" popup;
8. Type in your seed phrase;
9. Create a new password and tap the "Start using your wallet" button;
   Expected result: the wallet start to downloading and unpacking blockchain info;
   Actual result: the main screen is opened. The balance and transactions from the previous wallet are displayed.

If the wallet is restarted on the chrome://extensions/ and the user entered his password, the wallet will start to full sync with blockchain.
