[bug] input in bizhawk doesn't work

What happened

Keyboard inputs don't register anywhere in the app. Even a physical keyboard connected through bluetooth doesn't work.

Any input like frame advance or even changing a hotkey doesn't work

What you expected

For inputs to register other than mouse inputs

Steps to reproduce

1. pacman -S mono
2. pacman -S openal
3. get bizhawk from gitlab (arm64 linux version)
4. renderer to universal
5. open emuhawkmono.sh
6. open config - hotkeys
7. try to change a hotkey

Currently, the keyboard support is still based on key events, and it is primarily designed to address development or office-related tasks. I need to finish the features I am currently developing before I can look into a way to resolve your issue. (That said, it is quite strange; I recall that when I was working on hardware acceleration earlier, I tested it and a physical keyboard was able to control SuperTuxKart. Emmmmmmm... anyway, please bear with me. This software has not been in development for very long and is far from being a mature product. I will collect all of your reported issues and address them gradually.)

The program is usable with a mouse + tasstudio but I never use that setup.

BTW, bizhawk doesn't run on local desktop but it does here though! So that's cool.
