Cannot add additional tags to the client during runtime

We would like to be able to set additional tags to the client during run time from the request, such as the route name, HTTP method, etc.

It would be great if Client supported an addTag() method to do this. We are happy to fork and crate a PR for this if this is something that would be of interest.

Feel free to fork and create a PR, it could be very useful for the bundle to had new contributors.
