Deployment and CI

• Configure codeship to build pull requests
• Configure Capistrano (or Ansible) and do a first deployment (Ansible vs Capistrano)
• Configure codeship for continous deployment on PR merge for Behat/Borg

It would be good that codeship only builds the master branch and PRs, but not other branches of the repo, to avoid duplicate builds for PRs (not sure whether it is already the case or no)
