Offline Call Logging and Deferred Push Notifications Feature

This feature ensures that all incoming calls received while the device is offline (without an internet connection) are logged and notified to the user once the device is back online. This feature ensuring no missed calls go unnoticed, even in low or no connectivity situations.

Key Functionalities:

1. Offline Call Logging:

When the device is offline and an incoming call is received, the call details (caller ID, timestamp, and duration) are securely maintained until the device regains internet connectivity.

2. Deferred Push Notifications:

Once the device reconnects to the internet, a push notification is triggered for each missed call that occurred while offline and it shows in calls fragment.
