Yes, @Manishfoodtechs, a Linux (debian) version can be made, but the problem is that I'm currently using WinRar sfx, that it's for Windows (.exe), so, I don't know, actually, how to compile for other systems:

• I could use some Node compilers, but they needs a Linux... so, I'm not sure it's the best way;
• Node compilers that I've tested are not very good, doesn't supports requires, or they have problem with specific packages;
• Current compiled version, once files are extracted, starts a file called start.bat (a Batchfile), that is only supported by Windows.

For now, the simplest way it's to download the source code, extract it, cd it and run with node index.js.

If you or some other find a valid solution, I can implement it, but for now I think the project needs to stay only on Windows.
Anyway, I put this idea to the readme, for who would like to implement it or for who have a suggestion that can help.

Debian users can copy this command and run :
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt install nodejs -y && sudo apt install npm -y && git clone https://github.com/Bellisario/Urly.git && cd Urly && node index.js
Test short url: https://is.gd/VckA29

However, users may encounter problems like opening other short urls. In Linux , most people are terminalholic. They can simply run
curl -sLI https://is.gd/VckA29| grep -i Location

Output sometimes are appended with unwanted information.
for curl command mentioned above you may be getting something similar for your distro:
