Minimum Banner On-Screen Time

Hello! Amazing app, been using it and has been almost perfect. I wanted to see if I could adjust the banner image for when the microphone is muted, but saw that most of it is done in Windows Forms if I'm not mistaken, so that is not going to be an easy change for me as the end-user.

Besides that nitpick, I would love it if the minimum display time of the banner could be lower, currently I cannot set it lower than 2s, but I would love it if it just appeared and disappeared in an instant if I click the mute/unmute button. I like the persistent settings, just want it to respond a bit faster. If you don't have time to change this setting, could I be pointed into the right direction in the source code so I could change this minimum time in the solution myself for a local build? Thanks a lot!
