Not switching

Hello, I have just downloaded the latest version of SoundSwitch v6.14.2.0 in to my Windows 11 computer and have both of my audio devices checked in Playback tab. When I hit the hotkey, however, it does not cycle to the other device. It just turns off the device that's playing. What am I doing wrong?

I'm having a similar problem.
I can't create the control + insert.
It worked on my old computer, not working now.
