With this version, EOD2 has consistent behavior across timezones. All datetime operations are performed in Indian Standard Time.

Datetime in logs are displayed in the users local time. See below example log outputs for users in different timezones.

# Asia/Kolkata
All Up To Date. Check again after 7:00PM for today's EOD data

# Asia/Dubai
All Up To Date. Check again after 5:30PM for today's EOD data

This version has an added dependency: tzlocal. Make sure to run pip install tzlocal before running init.py
