EOD2 v7.0.13 - Support for ETF adjustments and Zeel adjustment fix.

• ETFs in eod2_data/daily has been fully adjusted and support added for future adjustment of ETF stocks.
• An preference share bonus declared in Zeel stock was wrongly applied. This has been corrected and the bug fixed.
