Seal Il2Cpp Array Types

Maybe we should make the Il2Cpp arrays into a closed type hierarchy?

• Seal Il2CppStringArray, Il2CppReferenceArray<T>, and Il2CppStructArray<T>.
• Make the base constructors inaccessible outside the runtime assembly.
