Hi @Berg0162,
after a few years I’m back because I’m building a new Simcline V2 and I’d like to use the latest firmware with Virtual Shifting.
My hardware setup uses the XIAO ESP32‑S3 with OLED.
For now I’m testing only the Laptop ↔ Trainer pairing (with shifters).
I flashed the Smart‑MITM‑xtra library and I can see both the laptop and trainer MAC addresses in the Serial Monitor.
However, when I open Rouvy and try to connect to “SIM32” in the sensor list, I get a popup asking for a Bluetooth password (screenshots below).
I tested both:
- ENABLE_ZVS
- TRAINER_WITH_LEGACY_ZVS_SERVICE
and in both cases I get the password request.
Sometimes Zwift also shows a password popup.
If I enable FTMS, instead of the password popup I get a Direto‑XR pairing window.
Screenshots:
Could you help me understand what I’m doing wrong in the configuration or procedure?
Thanks for your feedback and time
Best Regards
Filippo
