"Unable to copy to Minecraft installation" Error

Describe the bug
Localization/translation is not applied, and the message "Unable to copy to Minecraft installation" appears, preventing installation.

To Reproduce

1. Run installer.ps1 from Installer v2
2. Set the Install Preset to "BetterRTX 1.4" and click the Install button

When running the installer for the first time, the following error appears in the console.

Due to a bug in the official launcher, downloading is not possible, so I am manually installing and using the APPX from here.
