[BUG] (v3) The DLSS installation option fails to add the new nvngx_dlss.dll after removing the old one disabling upscaling in game.

Describe the bug
After running the option to update DLSS in the v3 BetterRTX installer upscaling is disabled in game and cannot be enabled. This is because while the installer does successfully delete the existing DLSS dll file from the game directory, it doesn't copy the replacement DLSS dll to that directory.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the installer
2. Under Actions, select install DLSS.
3. Follow the prompts
4. DLSS is disabled in game because the installer did not copy the replacement DLSS dll to the game folder.

Expected behavior
The DLL would be properly installed to the game folder and upscaling would work in game.

Additional context
It's possible that either the installer does try to move the replacement DLL to the game but fails, or doesn't even do it in the first place. This needs investigation to find the actual root cause.
