In Settings > Plans and Credits the 'Current Plan' section was still showing "Active Until..." with a date that was 2 days ago.
I had also changed plans, and it was showing I was still on the previous plan; and the previous plan was also selected in 'Compare Plans' section.
Doing a right-click > reload forced it to update.
