Add support for extended games ( part I, II, III, IV, ... )

On Bierdopje a forum thread has a comment-limit.
When this limit is hit a new part is started. For example:

It would be useful to access the scores from previous parts in the newest part.

I hoped that there was a convention ( for example, adding a link to the previous part when starting a new part ) but it appears there isn't so for most games this has to be done manually.

I suggest we add a comment that has links to all previous parts.
Then -when looping over all comments- we look for this comment and go over the previous threads as well.
