Howto TTS from internal speaker?

I have installed my S3-BOX3 with https://support.bbdl.co.uk/, I have adopted it into ESPhome, but beside changing "home_assistant_host" I changed nothing in the espbox.yaml configuration,
in home assistant i installed the ESPHome addon, and added the box, I configured assistant and it is working almost as expected, when it should come to TTS, (I'm using tts.piper, which is working fine from within homeassistant webfrontend/androidapp) it only shows the generated text, but it does not play the piper generated TTS audio from internal speaker

what do I have to change and where?

I tried TTS to this via automation, and no sound came out.

anything we need to configure?
