Startup script include Botfather API keys

Using Telegram-cli, it might be possible to initiate a conversation with the Botfather.

Create new Telegram bot
Get Telegram username
Get chat-id

Input information so all user will have to do is Enter phone number making setup even Simpiler then it already is.
