Find orb fails when outputting ephemeris

When I try to run the most recent version of findorb and output the ephemeris

fo fubar.mpc -e new.ephem

I get the following error:

Error opening combined.json: No such file or directory

I get the same error. If you specify a path it will still save the ephemeris out.
