Is there a way to change audio pitch in the MGBA emulator?

Not really an issue but is there a way to do this? I have been playing FFV with some sound patches but I want to slightly decrease the pitch of the audio. Is there a way to do this in the settings?

AFAIK neither RetroArch nor mGBA have that feature, sorry :(
