Fixed URL in /ATXBreakoutBoardSMD/README.md

The original URL "http://www.truzzi.me/new-atx-breakout-board-pcbs-with-some-additions/" leads to a 401 GitLab “No permission” page. However, the "new" URL without the "www." works correctly.
