KeywordPerformanceReportColumn does not include the CustomerId and CustomerName columns

While migrating some reports from the Microsoft Ads UI to the API, I noticed that KeywordPerformanceReportColumn does not include CustomerId and CustomerName as column options. Creating custom reports in the Microsoft Ads UI includes those columns as possible filters.
