Issue while obtaining refresh_token with auth_code

I'm getting the following error while trying to get the refresh_token with auth_code:


`ERROR: Exception: [WebFault] - Server raised fault: 'Invalid client data. Check the SOAP fault details for more information. TrackingId: 8b0b5d20-a7ce-493d-a301-37bb8dc78b0c.'`

There is no proper error description to identify the exact issue. Could you please check and let me know why I'm getting this error?
