Running Cellpose on the 5th channel of an image

Hi,

The CellPose user interface skips all channels (>3) of a multi-channel TIFF.
Do you know if the headless versions have the same behaviour?

Use-case: we have a multi-channel TIF where the 5th channel is DAPI and we want to segment it (and I find it a waste of resources to resave it).

Hi @tischi , I've only used their GUI several times. it's weird that they do that. I haven't seen any similar issue with their API at least, it can be any channel index.
