OK should be good to go now - I've go the multiside working after some changes on the HeatExchange nlp interface side and all the terminology is updated with T_ removed etc |

Updates all code to use new names from HeatExchange and BiophysicalGeometry and use the new hooks for NLP outputs of HeatExchange which should fully remove any physics from BiophysicalBehavoiur. Still using finite diff for IPOPT.
