Move spatial components to a new BiphysicalGrids.jl package

Microclimate.jl should be completely point based

We need to:

• define the interface for e.g. overland flow and cold air drainage to be integrate
• map from e.g. Era5 to single points for Miocroclimate.jl to run calculations on.
