Description
The requirements listed below are based on WP Mail SMTP and Fluent SMTP. These should cover most of the necessary functionality. If anything is missing, we can analyze additional SMTP plugins as needed.

Other Features
- Multiple Connections
- [Fluent SMTP] Allows adding multiple connections, and the user can select one as the default, can also select fallback.
- [WP Mail SMTP] Also allows adding multiple connections. One is set as the default, while the others act as backup connections and can be used as fallback.
- Alert

- [WP Mail SMTP] Has various alert options
- Smart routing (conditional email delivery using backup connections). [WP Mail SMTP]
