Bug: Send Money screen does not go away

Feature / Issue

When sending money, the confirmation screen appears. After tapping "Confirm" to approve the transfer, the "Send/request money" screen should also go away, but it remains.

Acceptance criteria

• If user chooses "Confirm" to send money in the "Confirm Transaction" screen, then the screen below should also go away, if there are no errors.
