Timer icon not consistent

Bug description

The icon for the timer animation is different than the static one. It is slightly larger and thinner. This is a minor detail, so no rush to fix!

I wasn't totally sure whether to submit this as a bug or not.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to another page
2. Open the timer page
3. Notice that the animated icon is different

Hi,

This isn't a bug; it's simply that the vector image used for the animation is different from the static image.

I've tried to fix this in the past, but I've never been able to.

If anyone wants to give it a try, I'd be happy for them to step up, because I won't be working on it myself.
