Remove the word "active" from the setting "Display the active timers in compact mode"

Bug description

"Compact active timers" is confusing -- it makes all timers compact regardles of being active or not. I think that as a result of #453 compactness of non-active non-running timers got lost/removed and now the only option is either "expanded view" for all or "compact view" for all without middle ground of compact inactive and expanded active timers.

So there won't be now option to have compact list with bigger active timers? To be honest I'm not very excited about that because right now it's super easy to confuse running and inactive timers: the only difference is the running timer (which requires at least 1s delay to notice the difference) and edit button changing to "restart" (which is yet another confusing oddity).

If it's either/or for whole list would it be at least possible to make active timers stand out more somehow?

(btw. if we are after being compact removing "label" line would make the list even more compact :) )
