The toolbar title appears every time the app is opened, even if the setting is disabled

Bug description

The title of the tab in the toolbar shows up every time I open the app. It disappears once you change the tab.

Steps to reproduce

1. Disable "Display the title in the toolbar"
2. Force stop the app
3. Open the app
4. See the title in the toolbar
