[Linux Mint 19.1] Cannot build : make 0fast ?

I built SR2 successfully on Ubuntu 18.04.1 before but I lost it in OS formatting and blah blah blah... so I am trying to build it again on Linux Mint 19.1 and I finally sort of brute forced through the errors and got one that, after browsing through many issue posts, I haven't seen. My log will be in a pastebin but it ends with make : 0fast : Command not found.
Sorry the log will have some french in it since my system is in french hopefully that will not be too much of a trouble. And I did the modifications of the Makefile though I can build with the default Makefile.
