Implement support for multiple monitors

What form would this take? Literal full screen on both monitors? the ability to have two virtual screens at once?

I'm really curious about what you have in mind with this - but I have a dual monitor setup (and could add a third if needed) if you need a tester.

Ideally, whatever WinUAE does with multi-monitor support should be implemented. There might be differences due to different operating systems and frameworks, of course.
