black screen when enabling vsync mode

**Describe the bug**
If emulation starts with a vsync mode enabled, we only see a black screen.
The status line native shows correctly.
If the vsync options are changed at that point (e.g. disable vsync, resume, re-enable vsync), then it works correctly.

Known bug for now, this is just a placeholder to indicate that until this is fixed.
