Unrecoverable broken tasks in certain situations

So after using VK daily for a full month now, I have come across unrecoverable broken tasks that I couldn't get going again. Only way to get it working was to manually commit and merge, which break the vibe :)

The first situation may be claude code only, but for long tasks, with lots of tokens, sometimes it just says "Prompt too long", and that' sit, no matter what I do I can't get around it.

The second happens frequently when I stop a session right after submitting some text, it just becomes stuck with "No session found with id: ". Can't recover from this either.
