Sensor 0x06 (mass, kg) too imprecise

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I developed a smart scale with 1g resolution and wanted to use BTHome but the available sensor is too imprecise.

Describe the solution you'd like
A new or adapted mass sensor that supports 1g resolution, i.e. unit of kg with factor of 0.001 and uint32 or unit of g with factor of 1 and uint32

Additional context
The device is for a precision application and 10g resolution is to imprecise for the planned use case.
